What type of help do you need?
Our nannies are experienced childcare providers. They can be employed on a live-in or live-out basis. Live-in nannies will live with your family while live-out nannies will reside outside of your home.
Nannies - Housekeepers
A nanny housekeeper offers a mix of childcare and housekeepring support. They help with household chores and can provide childcare when you need it.
Nannies PA
A nanny PA combines childcare with PA duties. They assist in organising the day-to-day needs of a busy household and are ideally suited for families with school-aged children.

Upon submitting the Find A Nanny form a consultant will call you to discuss and gain a better understanding of your needs helping you find the best childcare option for you.

We will draw on our network to identify the candidates with the best fit and present you with a personalised selection specific to your requirements.

You decide who you'd like to interview, trial and ultimately hire. We coordinate all arrangements and assist you throughout the whole process.

After placement
We remain by your side once you have decided upon the right nanny, providing support following placement if needed.
What do we look for ?
Candidates who can demonstrate that they have the skills, experience and knowledge to succeed in a role and meet or exceed expectations. We also assess candidates' suitability based on their behaviour, attitude and intention they show during the recruitment process.
All Kindoré nannies must possess the following:

Right to work in the UK

Minimum of two years experience working as a private nanny

Excellent childcare references

Longevity in previous roles and ability to commit for at least a year

Enhanced DBS with the update service if required

12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certification

Good communication skills
We also look for childcare qualifications and special skills:

CACHE level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education

NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education

The working hours and salary depend on the type of nanny you choose to employ Generally, a full-time nanny will work 10 to 12 hours a day, five days per week The typical nanny rates for 2022 are as follows live out nanny - £16 gross to £20 gross / hour live in nanny - £14 gross to £16 gross / hour
What does your screening process involve?

What are my responsibilities as an employer?
