  • From the first introductory call to the in-depth face-to-face interview we work to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of who the nanny candidate is, their qualifications, experience and ultimately suitability.

  • We collect as much information as possible about each candidate through documents provided to us and other sources.

5

Managing and Selecting candidates

  • While must-haves are essential requirements that a candidate nanny should have to perform her duties, this step is all about selecting the qualified candidates with the extra skills, the nice-to haves.

  • To ensure the best experience for all candidates we manage all communications with candidates.

6

Interview your top candidates

  • We schedule and coordinate interviews for you with the candidates you selected.

  • Following up after the interview with the candidate to obtain feedback and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the process.

7

Trial

  • A trial will help you determine if a nanny is a good match for the role and your family dynamic.

  • Trials can be for a few hours or longer. They will provide you with an opportunity to observe the candidate in action and assess their ability and fit for the role in a real-life setting.

8

Make an offer of employment

If the trial is successful the next stage is making an offer of employment.

  • This stage involves presenting the candidate with a formal job offer, detailing the terms and conditions of the role, such as the expected working hours, salary, benefits, and other important details.

  • The agency can assist with negotiations between the family and the candidate to ensure both parties are in agreement on the terms and conditions of the role.

9

Prepare a contract

We provide you with a template contract that can be customised to your specific requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is included and it is legally compliant.

10

Organise payroll and tax

Handling payroll and tax can be complex and time-consuming. Outsourcing this aspect to a payroll company can provide real peace of mind that payroll is processed accurately and on time.
